Dear Parents:

We would like to extend a warm welcome to our new and returning families. Our staff has been preparing for this school year and we are excited for the changes and continuation of Central Baptist School's all-encompassing goal: To direct students to God's objective for them - godliness of character and action.

Listed below is general information about some of the forms in this year's packet. Be sure to read all of the information.

• Student Handbook - Each family is to read the Handbook and return the 'Agreement form to the school office.
• School Calendar - The schedule is subject to change.
• Family Information Sheet - Return to the school office also, there is a blank for Email Addresses - this is our main source of informing parents of announcements, changes and reminders.
• Emergency Information Card - Elementary only; please turn this form in to your teacher.
• High School Student Schedule - 7th-12th grade only; the student will need this as a reference point.
• Locker Combination - 7th-12th grade only; see Mr. Nelson if you need assistance.
• Kitchen Help Needed! - see Mrs. Fleming in the cafeteria about signing up to help on "Fry Days."
• Facts About School Lunches - Please direct all questions about the lunchroom to Mrs. Fleming, and also to add money to your students lunchroom account.
• Extended Care Program - K5-8th grade only; turn in the Registration Form and $15.00 registration fee to the school office.
• Swordbearers Sign-Up - Previously owed uniforms are available for purchase, some at 1/2 price in the Swordbearer room (in the lunchroom).
